Eligibility

The University’s chair professors, distinguished professors, and their families.
The University’s academic scholars, visiting professors, and their families.
Part-time teachers employed by the University, and their families.
Participants of activities organized by the University, and their families.
The University’s staff members, retired staff members, and their families.
The University’s students, alumni, and their families.
Those with special needs approved by the dean of General Affairs
Priority is given to those with official affairs needs, including university-wide conferences, teaching and research courses, international academic seminars, or activities held by the University's departments or other project applications.

Application Period

Monday-Friday 08:30-16:00 (12:00-13:30 is lunch break)

Application Method

Short-term accommodation: Those staying for less than one year. The applicant (or unit) must submit an application one month before the date of stay and pay the cleaning fee.
Long-term accommodation: Those staying for more than one year. The applicant (or unit) must enclose a copy of the applicant’s documents including a letter of appointment and personal information, stating the reason for accommodation, subject to approval of the Head of General Affairs. The period of stay may not exceed two years.
Calling first to confirm availability is recommended.
