主旨: 為公平合理使用校內宿舍資源並符合使用者付費原則，本校職務宿舍之宿舍管理費自115年1月1日起分3年度調漲，請查照。

說明:
1. 依本校114年4月9日113學年度第9次主管會報及114年4月23日113學年度第6次行政會議決議辦理。
2. 本校陽明校區及交大校區職務宿舍之宿舍管理費分3年度進行調漲，調漲時間分別為115年1月1日、116年1月1日及117年1月1日，各宿舍區調漲後費用如附件。

Subject： Adjustment of Staff Dormitory Management Fees to Ensure Fair and Reasonable Utilization of Resources and in accordance with the User-Pays Principle, with a Three-Year Gradual Increase Starting from January 1, 2026.

Description：
1. This adjustment is implemented in accordance with the resolutions made during the 9th Supervisors’ Meeting on April 9, 2025, in the 2024-2025 Academic Year, and the 6th Administrative Meeting on April 23, 2025, in the 2024-2025 Academic Year.
2. The staff dormitory management fees for the Yangming Campus and the Chiaotung Campus will be adjusted over three years. The adjustments will take effect on January 1, 2026; January 1, 2027; and January 1, 2028, respectively. For details of the adjusted fees for each dormitory area, please refer to the attached documents.
