說明:<br />
1. 依本校114年4月9日113學年度第9次主管會報及114年4月23日113學年度第6次行政會議決議辦理。<br />
2. 本校陽明校區及交大校區職務宿舍之宿舍管理費分3年度進行調漲，調漲時間分別為115年1月1日、116年1月1日及117年1月1日，各宿舍區調漲後費用如附件。<br />

<strong>Subject：</strong> Adjustment of Staff Dormitory Management Fees to Ensure Fair and Reasonable Utilization of Resources and in accordance with the User-Pays Principle, with a Three-Year Gradual Increase Starting from January 1, 2026.</p>
<p><strong>Description：</strong><br />
1. This adjustment is implemented in accordance with the resolutions made during the 9th Supervisors’ Meeting on April 9, 2025, in the 2024-2025 Academic Year, and the 6th Administrative Meeting on April 23, 2025, in the 2024-2025 Academic Year.<br />
2. The staff dormitory management fees for the Yangming Campus and the Chiaotung Campus will be adjusted over three years. The adjustments will take effect on January 1, 2026; January 1, 2027; and January 1, 2028, respectively. For details of the adjusted fees for each dormitory area, please refer to the attached documents.<br />
