【事務一組】本校陽明校區「山麓學生宿舍（男、女五舍）」機車停車識別證抽籤及汽車選位公告，如有謬誤請請於9月26日前通知事務一組補正。
說明：
- 截至112年9月22日24時整，申請山麓學生宿舍區「機車」停車識別證總計278人（小於法定停車格位數320格）；「汽車」停車識別證總計16人（小於法定停車格位數28格）。
- 本學年度山麓學生宿舍（男、女五舍）機車停車識別證免辦理抽籤，全部核發停車識別證，即日起上班時間至總務處事務一組領取機車停車識別證。
- 本學年度「山麓學生宿舍」汽車停車識別證選位順序，訂於112年9月27日中午12時30分，於傳統甲棟一樓會議室，在學生會代表見證下辦理電腦抽籤序號，總務處將個別通知抽籤結果，並請於112年9月28日中午12時前填寫google表單，逾期視同放棄選位權利由事務一組安排停車格位。
- 「山麓學生宿舍（男、女五舍）汽、機車停車位」持續接受該區宿民申請，額滿後可改申請「共同停車區」或「環山停車區」停車識別證，並以「申請時間」依序列為候補。
- 「山麓學生宿舍（男、女五舍）機車停車位」請按先後順序停放，若地下機車停車格已停滿，務必停放至戶外機車停車場；未停放於機車車格線內，均屬違規行為，依本校區交通管理要點辦理。
- As of 24:00 on Sep. 22nd, 2023, the total number of applicants for motorcycle/scooter parking ID cards in the Shan-lu student dormitory area was 278 (less than 320, the statutory number of parking spaces for motorcycles/scooters); the total number of car parking ID cards in the area was 16 (less than 28, the statutory number of parking spaces for cars).
- For this academic year, all motorcycle/scooter parking ID cards for Shan-lu student dormitories (Men's Dormitory 5 and Women's Dormitory 5) will be issued without a lottery. Starting from today, applicants can collect their motorcycle/scooter parking ID cards at the 1st Division of General Affairs during office hours.
- The selection order for this academic year's car parking ID cards for the area of Shan-lu Student Dormitories will be produced at 12:30 PM on Sep. 27th, 2023, in Traditional Medicine Building A's first-floor conference room under the witness of representatives from the Students' Union. Computerized lottery sequence numbers will be generated, and applicants will be individually notified of the results by the Office of General Affairs. Applicants are required to fill out a Google form by noon on Sep. 28th, 2023. Failure to complete the form by the deadline will be considered forfeiting the right to select a parking space, and the 1st Division of General Affairs will allocate a parking space accordingly.
- Applications for car and motorcycle/scooter parking ID cards for the area of Shan-lu Student Dormitories (Men's Dormitory 5 and Women's Dormitory 5) will continue to be open to residents of the area. Once capacity is reached, applicants may apply for parking ID cards for the Common Parking Area or Huan-shan Parking Area and will be placed on the waitlist in order of their application time.\
- Please park motorcycles/scooters in the motorcycle/scooter parking spaces in the area of Shan-lu Student Dormitories (Men's Dormitory 5 and Women's Dormitory 5) in sequential order. If the underground motorcycle/scooter parking spaces are full, please park in the outdoor motorcycle/scooter parking area. Failure to park within the designated motorcycle/scooter parking lines will be considered a violation and will be dealt with per the Guidelines for Traffic Management at Yangming Campus.
