【事務一組】本校陽明校區「114學年度停車識別證」自9月1日起開始辦理。
說明:
一、113學年度停車識別證自本(114)年9月22日零時起失效,114學年度停車識別證自9月1日起開始線上申請:
(一)每人限汽、機車擇一申辦(大一生不得申請)。
(二)每車採年度收費、新臺幣計價:汽車6,000元整、機車900元整;申請「限停環山停車場」者優惠,汽車2,400元整、機車360元整。
二、申請人請於校園入口網登入後進行線上申請,經審核通過後,請於7天內於各通路完成繳費(不可薪資代扣),再至傳統甲棟一樓總務處聯合服務中心洽事務一組領證後,始正式開通柵欄機通行權限。
三、因山麓宿舍區(男、女五舍)宿舍車位有限,故設有抽籤及分配停車格制度,時程重點列述如下:
(一)山麓宿舍區住宿生於9月1日至9月19日期間線上申請,經審核通過並完成繳費者,始列入抽籤名單;若於9月20日後始申請者,列入候補名單,並依申請時間先後列冊後補。
(二)事務一組9月22日網站公告申請名單(如有謬誤請通知補正),續於9月24日辦理抽籤(含汽車抽選位序號),未中籤者依抽籤序列後補。
(三)中籤者請於10月13日前至事務一組完成領證,正式取得五舍停車資格及進出權限;未於期限內完成領證者,視同放棄中籤資格,予候補名單遞補。
(四)113學年度分配之「汽車停車格」期限至8月31日止;9月1日至9月30日期間採先到先停,滿格請停室外或校區其他停車格,10月1日起應按本學年度分配之「汽車停車格」停放。
四、請依「本校交通管理要點」及「本校區交通管理收費標準」規定停放車輛;汽車每日凌晨 1 時至 6 時期間停放於室內停車場(守仁樓、圖資大樓、生物醫學大樓、傳統甲棟及實驗大樓騎樓),加收隔夜停車費100 元。

Details:

(1)、Each person may apply for either a car or a motorcycle/scooter permit (undergraduate freshmen are not eligible to apply).
(2)、Annual fees are as follows: NT$6,000 per car, and NT$900 per motorcycle/scooter. Applicants who apply for "Parking Permits for Huan-Shan Parking Lot Only" will be given discounted rates as follows if their applications are approved: NT$2,400 per car, and NT$360 per motorcycle/scooter.
2.Applicants must log in to the campus portal to apply online. Once their applications are approved, payment must be completed through various channels within seven days (making payment through salary deduction is not allowed). After the payment is made, collect the permit from the 1st Division of General Affairs at the Joint Service Center of the Office of General Affairs on the 1st Floor of Traditional Medicine Building A to activate the barrier gate access.
3.Due to limited parking spaces at the Shan-lu Dormitory Area (Men's Dorm 5 and Women's Dorm 5), a lottery and allocation system is in place. Key dates are listed as follows:
(1)、Residents of the Shan-lu Dormitory Area may begin to apply online from September 1 to September 19. Approved applicants who complete payment by September 20 will be included in the lottery. Applications filed after September 20 will be placed on a waiting list, ordered by application time.
(2)、The list of applicants will be published on the website by the 1st Division of General Affairs on September 22 (if you find any errors, please contact us for correction). The lottery (including car parking space allocation) will be conducted on September 24. Those who do not win the lottery will be placed on a waiting list according to the draw order.
(3)、Lottery winners must collect their permits at the 1st Division of General Affairs by October 13 to secure their parking privileges and access permissions for the parking spaces at the Shan-lu Dormitory Area. Failure to collect the permit by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the parking space, which will be allocated to the next person on the waiting list.
(4)、"Car parking spaces" allocated for the 113th academic year are valid until August 31. From September 1 to September 30, parking will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow parking is available outdoors or in other campus lots. Starting October 1, parking must be in the allocated spaces for the 113th academic year.
4.Vehicles must be parked per NYCU's "Traffic Management Guidelines" and "Traffic Management Fee Standards at Yangming Campus." An overnight parking fee of NT$100 will be charged for cars parked in indoor lots (Shou-Ren Building, Library, Information and Research Building, Biomedical Building, Traditional Medicine Building A, and the Arcade of Experimental Building) from 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
