主旨：114學年度本校光復及博愛校區新生階段及第2階段學生長時汽車停車識別證登記申請作業。
說明：
一、本停車識別證僅適用於光復及博愛校區。
二、學生長時汽車識別證申請身分如下：
    (一)新生階段學生長時汽車識別證申請：限大一、碩士班及博士班新生參加。
    (二)第2階段學生長時汽車識別證申請：限在學生參加。
    (三)上述申請皆不含在職專班學生。
三、本校區訂於114年9月1日至9月12日止，辦理學生長時汽車停車識別證登記作業，本次申請以紙本送件受理方式辦理。
四、欲登記者請於114年9月12日24時前至總務處首頁/交通管理/停車識別證(光復及博愛校區)，點選「114學年度-學生長時汽車識別證申請」。請於114年9月15日17時前將申請表及證件(含行照、駕照及其他證明文件；續申請者，免附證件) 送至事務二組(駐警隊辦公室)審核，期限內未送達視同放棄申請。
五、審核通過名單預計114年9月22日公告於總務處網頁，請自行上網查看結果，不再另行以電話或e-mail通知。114年9月22日至9月26日開放正取者領證，逾時未領取者視為放棄，由備取人員依序遞補。
六、申請人不得有違規處理費未繳清情事，且未因重大違紀事件而遭交通管理委員會決議不發放者。
七、事務二組(駐警隊辦公室)對於所收受之申請文件，有依現況實情審核修改之權力，如發現填寫資料與實況不符者，將逕予修改。送件人如需修改資料者，請於收件時間內辦理，逾期未修改者，以事務二組(駐警隊辦公室)審核後之結果為主。
八、114學年度光復及博愛校區停車識別證使用期間：114年8月1日至115年7月31日止。

Descriptions:
1. The Students' Long-Term Car Parking ID Cards is only applicable to the Guangfu and Boai Campuses.

2. Identification of Applicants for Long-Term Automobile Parking ID Cards:
(1) Application for Freshmen Students' Long-Term Car Parking ID Cards: Restricted to incoming freshmen in the undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs.
(2) Application for Phase 2 Students' Long-Term Car Parking ID Cards: Open to currently enrolled students.
(3) The aforementioned applications DO NOT apply to students of in-service programs.

3. Application for Students' Long-Term Car Parking ID Cards at NCTU Campus in the 114th Academic Year will be open from September 1 to J September 12, 2025. The application process in this round will be conducted through the submission of hardcopy forms.

4. To register, please visit Office of General Affairs webpage before 24:00 on September 12, 2025, click on "114th Academic Year - Application for Students' Long-Term Car Parking ID Cards." The application form and required documents (including the vehicle registration, the driver's license, and other supporting documents; renewing applicants are exempt from submitting documents) should be submitted to the 2nd Division of General Affairs (at the Office of Campus Security) for review before 17:00 on September 15, 2025. Failure to do so by the deadline will be regarded as giving up the application.

5. The list of approved applicants is scheduled to be announced on Office of General Affairs webpage on September 22, 2025. Please check the results online as no separate notification will be provided via phone or email. From  September 22 to  September 26, 2025, car parking ID cards will be available for the approved applicants to collect. Failure to collect the cards within the specified period will be regarded as giving up the cards, and the reserved candidates will fill in the vacancy in order.

6. Applicants must have no outstanding violation-processing fee ,and have been disqualified by the Traffic Management Committee due to serious violations will not be issued the students' long-term car parking ID card.

7. The 2nd Division of General Affairs (at the Office of Campus Security) reserves the right to review and modify the submitted application documents based on the actual situation. If discrepancies are found between the provided information and the actual situation, they will be corrected accordingly and directly by the division. If any submitter needs to modify the information, please do so within the designated submission period. If the submitter fails to make modifications within the specified
of General Affairs (at the Office of Campus Security).

8. The validity period for the parking ID cards for the Guangfu and Boai Campuses for the 114th academic year is from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026.
