(Effective immediately, borrowing of the previous-version regalia is no longer available.)<br />
New academic regalia is now available for application via <a href="https://forms.gle/cSY4cr9U7yj2FEbB8" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank" title="Google Form(Open New Windows)">Google Form</a>:<br />

【Borrowing】<br />
1.Group Borrowing (Bachelor’s and Master’s students)<br />
(1)Submit Google Form: Apr. 13 – Apr. 27<br />
(2)Payment: Pay to the designated coordinator<br />
(3)Collection: From May 11, department coordinators will collect according to schedule and distribute to students<br />
Recommended (most cost-effective option)<br />
2.Individual Borrowing<br />
(For PhD students, or Bachelor’s/Master’s students with individual needs, and graduates who have completed clearance in the current academic year)<br />
(1)Submit Google Form: Apr. 13 – June 13<br />
(2)Payment & collection: Conducted in three phases starting from Apr. 20<br />
(3)Fees vary by phase<br />

【Return】(All returns are individual)<br />
1.After use, please return the regalia at your convenience before 4:00 PM on June 18 (Thu)<br />
(Reminder: long queues are expected on the afternoon of June 18.)<br />
2.Late returns will incur a daily overdue fee. Loss or damage will require compensation.<br />
Need more time for photos?<br />
Apply for an extension before 4:00 PM on June 18 (Thu)<br />
New return deadline: before 4:00 PM on July 2 (Thu)<br />
Extension fee: NT$200<br />
