(Effective immediately, borrowing of the previous-version regalia is no longer available.)<br />\r\nNew academic regalia is now available for application via <a href=\"https://forms.gle/cSY4cr9U7yj2FEbB8\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Google Form(Open New Windows)\">Google Form</a>:<br />\r\n(Please log in with your NYCU account.)<br />\r\n<img alt=\"QR Code\" src=\"/userfiles/gaen/images/20260414090543293.png\" /><br />\r\n【Borrowing】<br />\r\n1.Group Borrowing (Bachelor&rsquo;s and Master&rsquo;s students)<br />\r\n(1)Submit Google Form: Apr. 13 &ndash; Apr. 27<br />\r\n(2)Payment: Pay to the designated coordinator<br />\r\n(3)Collection: From May 11, department coordinators will collect according to schedule and distribute to students<br />\r\nRecommended (most cost-effective option)<br />\r\n2.Individual Borrowing<br />\r\n(For PhD students, or Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s students with individual needs, and graduates who have completed clearance in the current academic year)<br />\r\n(1)Submit Google Form: Apr. 13 &ndash; June 13<br />\r\n(2)Payment &amp; collection: Conducted in three phases starting from Apr. 20<br />\r\n(3)Fees vary by phase<br />\r\n<br />\r\n【Return】(All returns are individual)<br />\r\n1.After use, please return the regalia at your convenience before 4:00 PM on June 18 (Thu)<br />\r\n(Reminder: long queues are expected on the afternoon of June 18.)<br />\r\n2.Late returns will incur a daily overdue fee.
