Application for Single-Room Staff Dormitory at Guang-fu, Bo-ai, and Liu-ja Campuses(1st Round of 2025)
The application process for the single-room official dormitory at Guang-fu, Bo-ai, and Liu-ja Campuses for the 1st round of the 2025 is now open. Details are as 1follows:

1. Regulations:
    Applications are processed in accordance with “Guidelines for the Lease and Management of Staff Dormitories” (Attachment 1).

2. Eligibility:
  • Multi-Room Staff Dormitories: No vacancies are available in this round.
  • Single-Room Staff Dormitories: Faculty and staff on the university full-time or contract faculty/researchers are eligible to apply.
3. Dormitory Visits and Application Period:
From Tuesday, February 4, 2025, to Monday, February 24, 2025.
  • A list of available single-room dormitories and a route map are provided (Attachment 2).
  • Dormitory Tours:
(1) On-Site Visits: For single rooms (Qunxian Building, Jiulong Village), contact Mr. Li at 0977-483810. Visiting hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (closed for lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)(Chinese-speaking only).
(2) Online Visits: View the dormitory through this link.
  • Application Submission:
Interested applicants must complete and submit the "Application Form" and "Room Preference Form" by 4:00 PM, Monday, February 24, 2025 to the designated officer (the 2nd Division of Property and Business Management). The application process involves the following steps:
(Applicant → Personnel Office → 2nd Division of Property and Business Management → General Affairs Office → 2nd Division of Property and Business Management).
  • Full-time faculty and staff: Submit the "Staff Dormitory Application Form for Full-time Employees" (Attachment 3) and "Single-Room Preference Form (Full-time)" (Attachment 4).
  • Contract employees: Submit the "Single-Room Staff Dormitory Application Form for Contract Employees" (Attachment 5) and "Single-Room Preference Form (Contract Employees)" (Attachment 6).
4. Eligibility Review:
Conducted from Tuesday, February 25, 2025, to Monday, March 3, 2025.
 
5. Room Allocation:
Rooms will be allocated based on point ranking and applicants’ stated room preferences. Results will be announced on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.
 
6. Contract Notarization:
The designated officer will act as the agent for both the university and the borrower to complete notarization at the Hsinchu District Court. Applicants not authorizing the designated officer may handle notarization personally at the court.
