A summary of academic regalia borrowing and return information for the Chiao Tung Campus for Academic Year 2025–2026 (AY114) is provided below. (Effective immediately, borrowing of the previous-version regalia is no longer available.)
New academic regalia is now available for application via Google Form:

【Borrowing】
1.Group Borrowing (Bachelor’s and Master’s students)
(1)Submit Google Form: Apr. 13 – Apr. 27
(2)Payment: Pay to the designated coordinator
(3)Collection: From May 11, department coordinators will collect according to schedule and distribute to students
Recommended (most cost-effective option)
2.Individual Borrowing
(For PhD students, or Bachelor’s/Master’s students with individual needs, and graduates who have completed clearance in the current academic year)
(1)Submit Google Form: Apr. 13 – June 13
(2)Payment & collection: Conducted in three phases starting from Apr. 20
(3)Fees vary by phase

【Return】(All returns are individual)
1.After use, please return the regalia at your convenience before 4:00 PM on June 18 (Thu)
(Reminder: long queues are expected on the afternoon of June 18.)
2.Late returns will incur a daily overdue fee. Loss or damage will require compensation.
Need more time for photos?
Apply for an extension before 4:00 PM on June 18 (Thu)
New return deadline: before 4:00 PM on July 2 (Thu)
Extension fee: NT$200
