「光復校區-客院-高鐵線」於連續假期前一日，4月1日（星期三）有增加1班次17：10於大禮堂旁發車。<br />

Description:<br />
On February 27 (Friday, Peace Memorial Day make-up holiday), April 2 (Thursday, One-day holiday during the Intercollegiate Activity Week), April 3 (Friday) to April 6 (Monday), Children’s Day and Tomb Sweeping Day long weekend), and May 1 (Friday, Labor Day), the following shuttle bus services will be suspended.<br />
(1) Yangming Campus Shuttle Buses (“Red Line” and “Green Line”).<br />
(2) The shuttle buses for the “YangMing-GuangFu Route”, “GuangFu-Boai Route” and “GuangFu-Hakka-THSR Route”.<br />
(3) Academia Sinica Shuttle Bus (AS→NYCU→NTHU Line).<br />
April 1 ---one additional shuttle bus will be added to Hakka-THSR Route at 17:10.<br />
For travelers bound for Taipei, you could also choose Howtai Highway bus (Route 2011C).<br />

When classes and work are suspended due to natural disasters in the city or county where a campus is located, all shuttle bus services passing through that campus will be suspended. Description：<br />
Starting from Feb. 23, 2026, the "shuttle buses for the YangMing-GuangFu Route, GuangFu-Boai Route and Hakka-THSR Route " of NYCU will resume their regular academic schedule. - <![CDATA[請全校各單位積極優先向身心障礙福利機構團體或庇護工場採購物品及服務]]>採購資訊採購組113-12-19114-03-26<![CDATA[依「優先採購身心障礙福利機構團體或庇護工場生產物品及服務辦法」第5條第3款規定，自114年1月1日起本校每年向身心障礙福利機構團體或庇護工場採購相關物品及服務項目之金額比率，由原訂之「5%」提高一倍至「10%」，請全校各單位積極優先向上開機構採購物品及服務。
<ol>
<li>為落實「身心障礙者權益保障法」第 69 條規定，本校需依照「優先採購身心障礙福利機構團體或庇護工場生產物品及服務辦法」辦理。旨揭辦法規定機關採購時，應優先向身心障礙福利機構團體或庇護工場採購物品及服務，「物品類」包括食品(年節禮盒、西點麵包、餐點、咖啡豆等)、手工藝品、清潔用品、園藝產品、輔助器具、家庭用品、印刷品及其他經中央主管機關公告之項目；「服務類」包括清潔服務、餐飲服務、洗車服務、洗衣服務、客服服務、代工服務、演藝服務、交通服務及其他經中央主管機關公告之項目。請至<a href="https://ptps.sfaa.gov.tw/" title="網路資訊平臺">網路資訊平臺</a>查詢身心障礙機構、團體或庇護工場提供商品、服務及商店資訊，小額採購請逕洽廠商採購。</li>
<li>依據旨揭辦法最新規定，本校每年向身心障礙福利機構團體或庇護工場採購上開物品及服務項目之金額比率由原訂之5%，自114年起提高一倍至10%。</li>
<li>承上，請各單位為社會責任盡一己之力，全校共同努力達法定比率10%，請以本校各學院(含所屬系、所)及行政單位一級處室為單位，向身心障礙機構、團體或庇護工場採購上述規定品項，「每單位每半年需達1萬元，全年須達2萬元」，每年公布各學院及行政一級單位達成金額，未達標者，應敘明理由並提出說明改善措施由本組彙整陳核。</li>

<div class="ed_txt">一、113學年度停車識別證自本（114）年9月22日零時起失效，114學年度停車識別證自9月1日起開始線上申請：</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(一)每人限汽、機車擇一申辦（大一生不得申請）。</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(二)每車採年度收費、新臺幣計價：汽車6,000元整、機車900元整；申請「限停環山停車場」者優惠，汽車2,400元整、機車360元整。</div>
<div class="ed_txt"><br />
二、申請人請於校園入口網登入後進行線上申請，經審核通過後，請於7天內於各通路完成繳費（不可薪資代扣），再至傳統甲棟一樓總務處聯合服務中心洽事務一組領證後，始正式開通柵欄機通行權限。<br />

三、因山麓宿舍區（男、女五舍）宿舍車位有限，故設有抽籤及分配停車格制度，時程重點列述如下：</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(一)山麓宿舍區住宿生於9月1日至9月19日期間線上申請，經審核通過並完成繳費者，始列入抽籤名單；若於9月20日後始申請者，列入候補名單，並依申請時間先後列冊後補。</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(二)事務一組9月22日網站公告申請名單（如有謬誤請通知補正），續於9月24日辦理抽籤（含汽車抽選位序號），未中籤者依抽籤序列後補。</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(三)中籤者請於10月13日前至事務一組完成領證，正式取得五舍停車資格及進出權限；未於期限內完成領證者，視同放棄中籤資格，予候補名單遞補。</div>

<div class="ed_title01">Applications for Parking Permits for Yangming Campus for the 114th Academic Year Are Open from September 1.</div>
<div class="ed_txt">Details:<br />
1.Parking permits for the 113th academic year will expire at midnight on September 22. Online applications for parking permits for the 114th academic year will begin from September 1.</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(1)、Each person may apply for either a car or a motorcycle/scooter permit (undergraduate freshmen are not eligible to apply).</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(2)、Annual fees are as follows: NT$6,000 per car, and NT$900 per motorcycle/scooter. Applicants who apply for "Parking Permits for Huan-Shan Parking Lot Only" will be given discounted rates as follows if their applications are approved: NT$2,400 per car, and NT$360 per motorcycle/scooter.</div>
<div class="ed_txt"><br />
2.Applicants must log in to the campus portal to apply online. Once their applications are approved, payment must be completed through various channels within seven days (making payment through salary deduction is not allowed). After the payment is made, collect the permit from the 1st Division of General Affairs at the Joint Service Center of the Office of General Affairs on the 1st Floor of Traditional Medicine Building A to activate the barrier gate access.<br />
<br />
3.Due to limited parking spaces at the Shan-lu Dormitory Area (Men's Dorm 5 and Women's Dorm 5), a lottery and allocation system is in place. Key dates are listed as follows:</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(1)、Residents of the Shan-lu Dormitory Area may begin to apply online from September 1 to September 19. Approved applicants who complete payment by September 20 will be included in the lottery. Applications filed after September 20 will be placed on a waiting list, ordered by application time.</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(2)、The list of applicants will be published on the website by the 1st Division of General Affairs on September 22 (if you find any errors, please contact us for correction). The lottery (including car parking space allocation) will be conducted on September 24. Those who do not win the lottery will be placed on a waiting list according to the draw order.</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(3)、Lottery winners must collect their permits at the 1st Division of General Affairs by October 13 to secure their parking privileges and access permissions for the parking spaces at the Shan-lu Dormitory Area. Failure to collect the permit by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the parking space, which will be allocated to the next person on the waiting list.</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(4)、"Car parking spaces" allocated for the 113th academic year are valid until August 31. From September 1 to September 30, parking will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow parking is available outdoors or in other campus lots. Starting October 1, parking must be in the allocated spaces for the 113th academic year.</div>

4.Vehicles must be parked per NYCU's "Traffic Management Guidelines" and "Traffic Management Fee Standards at Yangming Campus." An overnight parking fee of NT$100 will be charged for cars parked in indoor lots (Shou-Ren Building, Library, Information and Research Building, Biomedical Building, Traditional Medicine Building A, and the Arcade of Experimental Building) from 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM.<br />

Failure to parking in the particular space will be considered a violation and will be dealt with per the Guidelines for Traffic Management at Yangming Campus of NYCU.<br />

2.Shang-lou dormitory area student are required to collect their parking ID cards at the 1st Division of General Affairs by Oct. 13th, 2025, and then activate their parking privileges. Failure to do so by the deadline will result in access being closed until collection.</div>

一、應屆畢業生請使用本校區Google表單填寫學位服借用申請表 (https://forms.gle/d6e85rfRxGWxFuCh7)；教師借用請填紙本申請書。<br />
二、本校區學士服和碩士服可選擇團體借用或個別借用，團體借用採個別歸還或團體歸還，博士服僅得個別借用與歸還。<br />
三、學位服借用以該學年度應屆畢業生（含延畢生）為優先，已辦妥離校手續之當年度畢業生，須另繳保證金。<br />
四、借用方式及期間：</div>

<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(四)延長借用：請借用人於115年6月18前至事務一組書面申請，繳交延長借用費200元，得延長借用兩週，延長歸還截止日為115年7月2日。</div>
<div class="ed_txt">五、費用:</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(一)借用者須負擔該借用階段之清潔維護費。</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(二)如非於公告期間借用學位服者，除清潔維護費外尚須繳納行政處理費每套新臺幣200元。</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(三)已辦妥離校手續之當年度畢業生或尚未歸還學位服但須先辦理離校者，須另繳保證金；歸還時，再憑保證金收據及個人金融帳戶封面影本辦理退費。</div>

<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(一)歸還時間及地點：</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 80px;">1. 畢業典禮當天:上午8時至下午5時，歸還地點：另行公告。</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 80px;">2. 畢業典禮後至115年6月18日上午9時至中午12時，下午1時30分至下午4時30分止(不含例假日)，歸還地點：傳統醫學大樓甲棟1樓總務處聯合服務中心。</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(二)歸還方式：</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 80px;">1. 借用人於歸還學位服前，務必再次確認並清空兩側口袋內物品；歸還後如有物品遺留或遺失，本組恕不負責。</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 80px;">2. 學士服、碩士服：於畢業典禮結束後，依規定之歸還時間，盡量以班級團體歸還為原則。</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 80px;">3. 博士服：於畢業典禮結束後，依規定之歸還時間，由借用人自行歸還。</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 80px;">4. <strong>團體歸還時，班級負責人須攜帶【團體領用表單】及學位服至事務一組辦理歸還手續</strong>。</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 80px;">5. 無法親自歸還者，請找代理人歸還或用郵件包裹方式於上述時間內歸還（以郵戳為憑），郵寄至陽明校區事務一組。郵資由借用人自行負擔，請務必於包裹內附上紙條，註明「借用者之系所、學號、姓名、電話」及整套學位服（含學位服、帽子、披肩、衣架、防塵套等）。</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">(三)如經本組數次催還，借用人仍未歸還，將轉請各系所所辦公室催還並依學校相關規定辦理。</div>
<div class="ed_txt">七、逾期歸還:每逾一日需繳交滯還金新臺幣五十元(不含例假日)，其費用以學位服賠償金額為上限(同保證金，詳附件3)。已繳保證金者，本校得逕自保證金扣抵。請同學務必依規定時間內繳回學位服，以免造成辦理離校手續不便。<br />
八、學位服不得自行洗燙或修改，借用人應負善良保管之責任，並應遵守借還相關規定，若有遺失、損壞、缺件，應按價賠償，以學位服賠償金額計算(同保證金，詳附件3)。<br />

Please be advised that the <strong>Capping Ceremony</strong> will be held at the <strong>Auditorium</strong> in the Activity Center on <strong>April 18–19, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday)</strong>. Due to the high volume of guests expected for this event, we anticipate a significant increase in vehicle traffic on campus.<br />
<br />
To ensure smooth traffic flow, the Office of General Affairs will deploy additional personnel. The <strong>"Traffic Control Plan for Large-Scale Events"</strong> will be activated dynamically based on real-time traffic conditions.<br />
<br />
All vehicles entering or exiting the campus are kindly requested to follow the guidance of the Campus Security Corps and use either the <strong>Main Campus Entrance</strong> or the <strong>Institute of Traditional Medicine Entrance.</strong><br />

<div class="ed_txt">主旨：有關陽明校區用電及消防安全宣導，詳如說明。<br />
說明：<br />
一、有關用電安全宣導：<br />
1.為提高校園用電安全，如購置高耗能設備(額定功率大於1000W)請檢附用電規格，包含「電壓、電流及功率」附於請購單後，經總務處審查後安裝。<br />
2.如需新配設電源請洽營繕一組會勘，如私設電源或插座，造成迴路過載甚至引發電氣火災，須負相關法律責任。<br />
3.請各單位人員儘量避免私自攜帶高耗能設備到校使用，如吹風機、微波爐、電烤箱、電鍋、電暖爐等，避免迴路過載造成開關跳脫。114/11~115/02案例：無。<br />
4.如電器老舊或積灰塵，請積極辦理更新汰換，避免線路老化或灰塵積聚造成短路燒毀。近期案例：114/12/10牙醫館高壓機房工業電風扇起火燃燒。<br />
5.延長線使用中請勿綑綁，並請依延長線上標示之安全電流值上限使用，避免導線過熱融化塑膠發生電器火災。<br />
二、有關消防安全宣導：<br />
1.請各單位勿有私設隔間等室內裝修行為，避免違反建築物室內裝修管理辦法及影響消防安全。案例：114年消防安檢發現守仁樓及實驗大樓有使用單位私設隔間情形，導致空間未有消防偵煙警戒。<br />
2.若發現火情但警報未響，可能為偵測器尚未觸發，請第一時間手動按壓發信機(警報器)，及早通報以利滅火，避免災情擴大。<br />
3.如火災警報響起，需先確認現場火情、起火源位置、人員是否安全後，始由機電人員或館舍管理人員操作消防受信總機。<br />

一、依「國立陽明交通大學職務宿舍借用與管理要點」(附件一)規定辦理。<br />
二、依上開要點第四點規定，新進教師宿舍之申請及借用程序如下：<br />
(一)申請對象：新進編制內教師且具有職務宿舍申請資格者，得於起聘前一個月至起聘後一年內，於公告期間內提出申請。<br />
(二)申請資格:<br />
1.多房間職務宿舍:供本校編制內專任助理教授以上、編制內具有博士學位之研究人員。<br />
2.單房間職務宿舍:供本校編制內專任教師、編制內研究人員借用。<br />
(三)借用期限最多三年。<br />
(四)新進教師宿舍進住後不得申請調配至其他新進教師宿舍，但仍得申請分配長期職務宿舍。<br />
(五)新進教師宿舍得由本校提供固定設備(熱水器、流理臺配備)，其餘家具及設備均由借用人自備。<br />
(六)借用新進教師宿舍之權利義務，除本要點或其他特別規定外，皆與長期職務宿舍相同。<br />
三、本次公告之新進教師宿舍如下 ，借用期限3年(按現況配住，均不提供宿舍修繕補助 ，如附件二)：<br />

說明:<br />
為促進校內宿舍資源之公平使用，並落實使用者付費原則，本校於114年4月23日行政會議決議，自115年1月1日起分三年度逐步調整職務宿舍管理費，使其達鄰近市場租金約50%。本案已於114年6月16日及7月18日向兩校區職務宿舍管理委員會委員及宿民代表說明調整規劃。<br />
另考量校內部分宿舍已陸續完成新建及改善工程，可望提升宿舍使用收入，同時並續行規劃提升住宿品質整修工程，故後續整體財務狀況亦將隨之變動。為使方案更為周延，總務處將就相關財務影響進行重新試算，並基於照顧同仁住宿福利與減輕負擔之立場，研議調整必要性與實施時程，原訂115年1月1日職務宿舍管理費調整之實施日期延後至115年7月1日，以利完整評估與後續推動。<br />

Subject： Implementation of the Adjustment to the University’s Official Residence Management Fees Postponed to July 1, 2026.<br />
<br />
Description：<br />
To promote the fair and equitable use of on-campus housing resources and to implement the user-pays principle, the University resolved at the Administrative Meeting on April 23, 2025 to gradually adjust the management fees for official residences over a three-year period starting January 1, 2026, with the goal of reaching approximately 50% of the prevailing market rental rates in nearby areas. The adjustment plan was presented to members of the Official Residence Management Committees of both campuses and to resident representatives on June 16 and July 18, 2025.<br />
In consideration of the fact that several on-campus residences have recently completed new construction or renovation projects—thereby potentially increasing housing-related revenue—and that further renovations aimed at improving residential quality are currently being planned, the University anticipates corresponding changes in overall financial conditions. To ensure a more comprehensive and prudent approach, the Office of General Affairs will conduct a re-evaluation of the relevant financial impacts. Based on the principle of safeguarding faculty and staff housing welfare and alleviating financial burdens, the necessity and implementation timeline of the adjustment will be further reviewed. Accordingly, the originally scheduled implementation date of January 1, 2026, for the adjustment of official residence management fees has been postponed to July 1, 2026, to allow for a thorough assessment and subsequent implementation.<br />

<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">1.From December 22, 2025, to February 22, 2026, the Campus Shuttle Buses will operate according to the winter/summer break timetable. This includes the Yangming Campus “Red Line” and “Green Line” shuttles, the “Yangming–Guangfu Route,” the “Guangfu–Boai Route,” the “GuangFu-Hakka-THSR Route,” and the Academia Sinica Shuttle Bus (AS→NYCU→NTHU Line) will be suspended during the winter break. Regular semester schedules will resume on February 23, 2025, and a separate announcement will be issued at that time for users’ reference. 一、基於學校資源有限，為確保陽光線持續運行，「陽明-光復線」於成本壓力考量下，實施使用者付費部分分攤機制，搭乘者備妥具備儲值金之悠遊卡進行付費（本校教職員工生證亦具備悠遊卡功能），採計次分攤收費：每次乘車費用<span style="color:#0033ff;">新臺幣30元整，限以悠遊卡付費</span>。<br />
二、繳費及搭乘方式：</div>

1.Due to limited resources and to ensure continued operation of the “Yangming–Guangfu Campus Shuttle Bus,” the partial user-pays system applies. Passengers must use an EasyCard with enough balance to pay the fare (faculty/staff/student ID cards also function as EasyCards). <span style="color:#0033ff;">The fare is NT$30 per ride, payable only by EasyCard.</span><br />
<br />
2.Boarding and Payment Procedures:<br />
(1) Wait at designated shuttle stops of the YangMing-GuangFu Route on either campus and queue in the priority order.<br />
(2) Identity verification: Before boarding, tap your faculty/staff/student ID to the driver for verification，If you do not have your ID, please present other valid proof if requested.<br />
(3) Payment: Tap your EasyCard on the EasyCard reader for fare deduction. If your EasyCard balance is insufficient and no one in line can assist with payment, you may register for deferred payment and settle the fare at the 1st or 2nd Division of General Affairs within seven days.<br />

<span style="color:#e74c3c;"><strong>As of 24:00 on Sep. 19nd, 2025</strong></span>, there were a total of <strong><span style="background-color:#ffff33;">_227_</span></strong><span style="color:#0000ff;"> applicants</span> for motorcycle/scooter parking permits and <strong><span style="background-color:#ffff33;">_19_</span></strong> <span style="color:#0000ff;">applicants</span> for car parking permits for the Shan-lu student dormitory area. For this academic year, <span style="color:#0000ff;"><strong>11</strong></span> car parking spaces have been converted into <span style="color:#0000ff;"><strong>71</strong></span> motorcycle/scooter parking spaces (9 car parking spaces were converted into 9 motorcycle/scooter parking areas, and each has 6 parking spaces; the remaining 2 car parking spaces were converted into 2 motorcycle/scooter parking areas, and each has 7 parking spaces). The total number of parking spaces is as follows:</div>

<div class="ed_txt">Students with access rights should take note of the following parking regulations:</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">1.Each car parking space is exclusively fixed for a particular student. Please submit your parking space preferences via <span style="color:#0000ff;"><u>a Google form</u></span> to the 1st Division of General Affairs <span style="color:#e74c3c;">before noon on Sep. 26th, 2025.</span> Failure to do so will be considered forfeiting your right to select a parking space, and the 1st Division of General Affairs will make the allocation.</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">2.<strong><span style="color:#e74c3c;">The list will be effective from Oct. 1st, 2025.</span></strong> All vehicles must display the parking ID sticker. Failure to properly display the parking ID sticker will be considered a violation and will be dealt with per the Guidelines for Traffic Management at Yangming Campus of NYCU.</div>

Once capacity is reached, applicants may apply for parking permits for the Common Parking Area or Huan-shan Parking Area and will be placed on the waitlist in order of their application time.</div>

Road around the Nursing Building),<br />
- Library and Information Research Building,<br />
- Biomedical Building,<br />
- Traditional Medicine Building,<br />

Parking zones are divided as follows:<br />

The site includes designated EV parking spaces with a total of four EV charging piles installed, including one J1772 charger and three TYPE2 chargers. The charging station is scheduled to officially begin operation on July 30, 2025.</div>

Description:</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 40px;">1.Starting from September 1, 2025, the following services will resume normal semester schedules:</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 80px;">(1) Campus Shuttle Bus (Red Line and Green Line): Operates from Monday to Friday. No service on weekends and holidays.</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 80px;">(2) Bus Route 559: Operates daily from Monday to Sunday. Real-time bus arrival times can be checked via the Taipei Bus+ app (臺北等公車).</div>
<div class="ed_txt" style="margin-left: 80px;">(3) The Metropolitan Transport Corporation, operator of Bus Route 559, has purchased brand-new mid-size buses imported from Japan, which are now in service. Faculty and students are kindly encouraged to take this bus frequently to support the sustainable operation of the route.</div>

<li class="ed_txt">To provide convenience for faculty, staff, and students of the university who drive electric vehicles, an Evalue EV charging station has been installed by Hua Cheng Electric Power in the basement of the aforementioned building. Four EV charging piles have been set up at the designated EV parking spaces on-site, including one J1772 type and three TYPE2 types, and the station is now in operation.</li>

四、「山麓學生宿舍（男、女五舍）汽、機車停車位」持續接受該區宿民申請，額滿後可改申請「共同停車區」或「環山停車區」停車識別證，並以「申請時間」依序列為候補。<br />

1.<strong><span style="color:#e74c3c;">As of 24:00 on Sep. 19nd, 2025</span></strong>, <span style="color:#0000ff;">the total number of applicants for motorcycle/scooter parking permits</span> in the Shan-lu student dormitory area <span style="color:#0000ff;">was <strong><span style="background-color:#ffff00;">_227_</span></strong></span> (less than <span style="color:#e74c3c;">320</span>, <span style="color:#0000ff;">the statutory number of parking spaces for motorcycles/scooters); the total number of car parking permits</span> in the area <span style="color:#0000ff;">was </span><strong><span style="background-color:#ffff00;">_19_</span></strong> (less than <span style="color:#e74c3c;">28</span>, the statutory number of parking spaces for cars).<br />
<br />
<strong>2.<u>For this academic year, all motorcycle/scooter parking permits for Shan-lu student dormitories (Men's Dormitory 5 and Women's Dormitory 5) will be issued without a lottery. <span style="color:#0000ff;">Starting from today, applicants can collect their motorcycle/scooter parking permits at the 1st Division of General Affairs during office hours.</span></u></strong><br />
<br />
3.The selection order for this academic year's car parking permits for the area of Shan-lu Student Dormitories will be produced <span style="color:#e74c3c;"><strong>at 12:00 PM on Sep. 24th, 2025</strong></span>,<strong><span style="color:#0000ff;"> in<u> Traditional Medicine Building A's</u> first-floor conference room</span></strong> under the witness of representatives from the Students' Union. Computerized lottery sequence numbers will be generated, and applicants will be individually notified of the results by the Office of General Affairs. Applicants are required to fill out a Google form <span style="color:#e74c3c;"><strong>by noon on Sep. 26th, 2025. </strong></span>Failure to complete the form by the deadline will be considered forfeiting the right to select a parking space, and the 1st Division of General Affairs will allocate a parking space accordingly.<br />
<br />
4.Applications for car and motorcycle/scooter parking permits for the area of Shan-lu Student Dormitories (Men's Dormitory 5 and Women's Dormitory 5) will continue to be open to residents of the area. Once capacity is reached, applicants may apply for parking permits for the Common Parking Area or Huan-shan Parking Area and will be placed on the waitlist in order of their application time.<br />
<br />
5.Please park motorcycles/scooters in the <strong><span style="color:#e74c3c;">motorcycle/scooter parking spaces</span></strong> in the area of Shan-lu Student Dormitories (Men's Dormitory 5 and Women's Dormitory 5) in sequential order. If the underground motorcycle/scooter parking spaces are full, please park in the outdoor motorcycle/scooter parking area. Failure to park within the designated motorcycle/scooter parking lines will be considered a violation and will be dealt with per the Guidelines for Traffic Management at Yangming Campus.<br />

說明：<br />
一、依據本校「會館管理要點」、「會館住宿須知」、「光復及博愛校區會館調配原則」辦理(附件1)。<br />
<br />
二、有意願申請者，請填寫「食品路會館借住申請表」（如附件2），於7月15日（星期二）下午4時前逕送本組。<br />
<br />
三、本次可供分配房型為3房2廳約31坪家庭房1戶，住宿期限至少1年，住宿期滿，如需延長應經專簽核准且總借住年限至多以3年為限，每月除清潔費外，水、電、瓦斯費等需另計，各單價詳本校「交大校區會館收費標準附表」規定，此外，不提供住房服務，借住者須自行負責屋內整潔、設備保管及消耗性用品自行採購。<br />
<br />
四、分配注意事項:<br />
(一)分配順序以校聘講座教授、特聘教授與新進教師為優先。前揭人員係指111年7月1日以後到職者。<br />
<br />
(二)於7月16日（星期三）上午10點假大禮堂2樓經管二組，以公開抽籤決定。不便出席者，請填具委託書（如附件3）由受託人代為參加抽籤。<br />
<br />
(三)看房時間即日起至7月15日，上午8點起至下午4點止（不含例假日），欲看房者須事先預約，如有任何疑義者，請洽經管二組葉小姐，校內分機51912。<br />
<br />
(四)入住簽准後，最快可於7月23日（星期三）下午2點後辦理點交入住，最晚入住日為7月30日（星期三）。<br />

Description:<br />
1. NYCU's summer vacation begins from Jun. 9 to Aug. 29, 2025. During the period, the normal timetable of shuttle buses of the "Yangming-Guangfu, Guangfu -Boai, Hakka-THSR " Route is switched to the timetable for summer and winter vacations. From Sep. 1, 2025, the normal timetable will be resumed. An announcement of the resumption will be made before Sep. 1, 2025 to facilitate the use of shuttle buses. 3. When school is suspended due to natural disasters(Taipei City or Hsinchu City), shuttle buses of the "Yangming-Guangfu" Route will all be suspended.<br />
