\r\nOn February 27 (Friday, Peace Memorial Day make-up holiday), April 2 (Thursday, One-day holiday during the Intercollegiate Activity Week), April 3 (Friday) to April 6 (Monday), Children’s Day and Tomb Sweeping Day long weekend), and May 1 (Friday, Labor Day), the following shuttle bus services will be suspended.
\r\n(1) Yangming Campus Shuttle Buses (“Red Line” and “Green Line”).
\r\n(2) The shuttle buses for the “YangMing-GuangFu Route”, “GuangFu-Boai Route” and “GuangFu-Hakka-THSR Route”.
\r\n(3) Academia Sinica Shuttle Bus (AS→NYCU→NTHU Line).
\r\nApril 1 ---one additional shuttle bus will be added to Hakka-THSR Route at 17:10.

\r\n 快捷9號公車為新竹縣政府的新闢路線，為滿足尖峰時段通學、通勤公車搭乘需求，自今年度2月11日起開始試營運，起程自竹北市勝利八街發車，行經高鐵新竹站、文興嘉興路口、縣政府站、新竹高工、新竹女中、新竹火車站、新竹高中、新竹高商等學校，8月12日(二)開始第三階段試營運，新增「陽明交大博愛校區」站為終點站，平日共有25個班次(目前例假日及國定假日不行駛)，基本資料說明如下：

\r\nWe are pleased to announce that starting Tuesday, August 12, 2025, Hsinchu Transit System (HTS) Bus No. 9 will add a new stop at NYCU's Boai Campus. This new stop enables direct access from the Boai Campus to the Liujia Campus (Wenxing-Jiaxing Rd. Intersection), Hsinchu Railway Station, and HSR Hsinchu Station—eliminating the need to transfer at the Guangfu Campus. Commuting, attending classes, and traveling via HSR will become significantly more convenient.
\r\n
\r\nHTS Bus No. 9 is a newly established route launched by the Hsinchu County Government to meet students' and staff's peak-hour commuting demands. The route began trial operations on February 11, 2025, starting from Shengli 8th Street in Zhubei City, passing through HSR Hsinchu Station, Wenxing-Jiaxing Rd. Intersection, County Government Station, and various local schools, including Hsinchu Industrial High School, Hsinchu Girls’ High School, Hsinchu Railway Station, Hsinchu Senior High School, and Hsinchu Commercial Vocational High School.
\r\n
\r\nThe third phase of trial operations begins on August 12, 2025, with the Boai Campus added as the terminal stop. A total of 25 weekday trips are available (currently no service on weekends and national holidays). Route details are as follows:

1.Due to the risk of falling branches and trees in Yangming Campus area, pruning and removing trees will be conducted to ensure campus safety and prevent potential hazards.

\r\n一、有關用電安全宣導：
\r\n1.為提高校園用電安全，如購置高耗能設備(額定功率大於1000W)請檢附用電規格，包含「電壓、電流及功率」附於請購單後，經總務處審查後安裝。
\r\n2.如需新配設電源請洽營繕一組會勘，如私設電源或插座，造成迴路過載甚至引發電氣火災，須負相關法律責任。
\r\n3.請各單位人員儘量避免私自攜帶高耗能設備到校使用，如吹風機、微波爐、電烤箱、電鍋、電暖爐等，避免迴路過載造成開關跳脫。114/11~115/02案例：無。
\r\n4.如電器老舊或積灰塵，請積極辦理更新汰換，避免線路老化或灰塵積聚造成短路燒毀。近期案例：114/12/10牙醫館高壓機房工業電風扇起火燃燒。
\r\n5.延長線使用中請勿綑綁，並請依延長線上標示之安全電流值上限使用，避免導線過熱融化塑膠發生電器火災。
\r\n二、有關消防安全宣導：
\r\n1.請各單位勿有私設隔間等室內裝修行為，避免違反建築物室內裝修管理辦法及影響消防安全。案例：114年消防安檢發現守仁樓及實驗大樓有使用單位私設隔間情形，導致空間未有消防偵煙警戒。
\r\n2.若發現火情但警報未響，可能為偵測器尚未觸發，請第一時間手動按壓發信機(警報器)，及早通報以利滅火，避免災情擴大。
\r\n3.如火災警報響起，需先確認現場火情、起火源位置、人員是否安全後，始由機電人員或館舍管理人員操作消防受信總機。
\r\n三、以上如有疑問請洽營繕一組。

\r\n為促進校內宿舍資源之公平使用，並落實使用者付費原則，本校於114年4月23日行政會議決議，自115年1月1日起分三年度逐步調整職務宿舍管理費，使其達鄰近市場租金約50%。本案已於114年6月16日及7月18日向兩校區職務宿舍管理委員會委員及宿民代表說明調整規劃。
\r\n另考量校內部分宿舍已陸續完成新建及改善工程，可望提升宿舍使用收入，同時並續行規劃提升住宿品質整修工程，故後續整體財務狀況亦將隨之變動。為使方案更為周延，總務處將就相關財務影響進行重新試算，並基於照顧同仁住宿福利與減輕負擔之立場，研議調整必要性與實施時程，原訂115年1月1日職務宿舍管理費調整之實施日期延後至115年7月1日，以利完整評估與後續推動。

\r\nSubject： Implementation of the Adjustment to the University’s Official Residence Management Fees Postponed to July 1, 2026.
\r\n
\r\nDescription：
\r\nTo promote the fair and equitable use of on-campus housing resources and to implement the user-pays principle, the University resolved at the Administrative Meeting on April 23, 2025 to gradually adjust the management fees for official residences over a three-year period starting January 1, 2026, with the goal of reaching approximately 50% of the prevailing market rental rates in nearby areas. The adjustment plan was presented to members of the Official Residence Management Committees of both campuses and to resident representatives on June 16 and July 18, 2025.
\r\nIn consideration of the fact that several on-campus residences have recently completed new construction or renovation projects—thereby potentially increasing housing-related revenue—and that further renovations aimed at improving residential quality are currently being planned, the University anticipates corresponding changes in overall financial conditions. To ensure a more comprehensive and prudent approach, the Office of General Affairs will conduct a re-evaluation of the relevant financial impacts. Based on the principle of safeguarding faculty and staff housing welfare and alleviating financial burdens, the necessity and implementation timeline of the adjustment will be further reviewed. Accordingly, the originally scheduled implementation date of January 1, 2026, for the adjustment of official residence management fees has been postponed to July 1, 2026, to allow for a thorough assessment and subsequent implementation.

\r\n 感謝各位師生同仁體諒校園交通改善推動期間帶來的不便，本處於113年12月12日寄出「光復及博愛校區停車管理機制調整公告」後，陸續接收到許多寶貴建議與意見回饋，為使各位師生同仁更清楚瞭解此次停車改善的主軸原因，爰再次以本信件說明。

\r\n 本次於上班日隔夜停車管制措施，經提113學年度第1次交通管理委員會審議，並獲得委員支持。主要目的是為改善部分駕駛人無故長時間將車輛滯留停放在光復及博愛校區內所衍生出之上班時段停車問題，期望藉由改善措施將長期被佔用的停車格釋放出來，讓校園停車空間能更有效地提供教職員工生於上課、上班時有更便利的停車環境，同時亦支援校務運作使用。
\r\n
\r\n 校園停車管制措施將會採階段性推動，本次第一階段的目標主要針對那些 長時間滯留佔用校園停車格之車輛，希望他們不要停留在校園內影響大家的上班，讓被佔用的停車格釋放出來。
\r\n
\r\n 同時，也希望透過申請機制，蒐集有隔夜停車之需求樣態，以做為後續各項方案規劃及研擬之參考資料。有關第一階段停車管制措施執行，若有隔夜需求者亦請協助填寫「國立陽明交通大學光復及博愛校區汽車隔夜停車需求申請表(附件A)」，填寫說明補充如下：
\r\n一、住宿生、借住會館、或其他需求如:執行公務、短期出國出差、學術研究、實驗操作或其他因素有持續短期停放等需求，致使車輛暫時無法駛離校園而有隔夜停車需求者。提出申請並經核准後，可將車輛停放於指定位置（光復校區及博受校區指定隔夜停車區域詳附件B。隔夜停車區域會在後續階段持續檢討）。
\r\n二、因執行公務而有夜間值班情形者，可於申請表中附註說特殊情形及期待停放的區域，經核准後，車輛可就近停放於值班區域周邊停車場，不限制車輛必須停放在指定位置。
\r\n三、另為簡化申請程序，各單位若有夜間值班情形，致有隔夜停車需求者可採統一造冊申請方式辦理，適用對象不限於軍訓室值班教官、住宿組宿舍管理員……等。

1.From December 22, 2025, to February 22, 2026, the Campus Shuttle Buses will operate according to the winter/summer break timetable. This includes the Yangming Campus “Red Line” and “Green Line” shuttles, the “Yangming–Guangfu Route,” the “Guangfu–Boai Route,” the “GuangFu-Hakka-THSR Route,” and the Academia Sinica Shuttle Bus (AS→NYCU→NTHU Line) will be suspended during the winter break. Regular semester schedules will resume on February 23, 2025, and a separate announcement will be issued at that time for users’ reference. Description:

1.The Yangming Campus transportation policy is planned based on the principle of “people-oriented mobility.” Strengthening public transportation, reducing the use of private vehicles, promoting walking, encouraging the use of mass transit, and lowering campus carbon emissions are key goals the University strives to achieve. To encourage faculty, staff, and students to use public transportation, the campus provides internal shuttle services (“Red Line” and “Green Line”) as well as the Route 559 bus.
\r\n\r\n
2.In view of the recent increase in shuttle ridership and to further encourage faculty, staff, and students to make use of campus transportation, additional trial services on selected runs will begin on December 8, 2025. \r\n1.Due to limited resources and to ensure continued operation of the “Yangming–Guangfu Campus Shuttle Bus,” the partial user-pays system applies. Passengers must use an EasyCard with enough balance to pay the fare (faculty/staff/student ID cards also function as EasyCards).
The fare is NT$30 per ride, payable only by EasyCard.\r\n
\r\n2.Boarding and Payment Procedures:
\r\n(1) Wait at designated shuttle stops of the YangMing-GuangFu Route on either campus and queue in the priority order.
\r\n(2) Identity verification: Before boarding, tap your faculty/staff/student ID to the driver for verification，If you do not have your ID, please present other valid proof if requested.
\r\n(3) Payment: Tap your EasyCard on the EasyCard reader for fare deduction. If your EasyCard balance is insufficient and no one in line can assist with payment, you may register for deferred payment and settle the fare at the 1st or 2nd Division of General Affairs within seven days.

\r\nAs of 24:00 on Sep. 19nd, 2025, there were a total of _227_ applicants for motorcycle/scooter parking permits and _19_ applicants for car parking permits for the Shan-lu student dormitory area. For this academic year, 11 car parking spaces have been converted into 71 motorcycle/scooter parking spaces (9 car parking spaces were converted into 9 motorcycle/scooter parking areas, and each has 6 parking spaces; the remaining 2 car parking spaces were converted into 2 motorcycle/scooter parking areas, and each has 7 parking spaces). The total number of parking spaces is as follows:

(1)Underground Car Parking Spaces: 28 spaces (including 1 handicap parking space)

(2)Total Motorcycle/Scooter Parking Spaces: 320 spaces (including 168 statutory underground parking spaces and 81 surface parking spaces)

Please submit your parking space preferences via a Google form to the 1st Division of General Affairs before noon on Sep. 26th, 2025. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiting your right to select a parking space, and the 1st Division of General Affairs will make the allocation.
\r\n\r\n
2.The list will be effective from Oct. 1st, 2025. All vehicles must display the parking ID sticker. Failure to properly display the parking ID sticker will be considered a violation and will be dealt with per the Guidelines for Traffic Management at Yangming Campus of NYCU.

3.Applications for car and motorcycle/scooter parking permits for the area of Shan-lu Student Dormitories (Men's Dormitory 5 and Women's Dormitory 5) will continue to be open to residents of the area. Once capacity is reached, applicants may apply for parking permits for the Common Parking Area or Huan-shan Parking Area and will be placed on the waitlist in order of their application time.

4.Please park motorcycles/scooters in the motorcycle/scooter parking spaces in the area of Shan-lu Student Dormitories (Men's Dormitory 5 and Women's Dormitory 5) in sequential order. If the underground motorcycle/scooter parking spaces are full, please park in the outdoor motorcycle/scooter parking area. 1.Starting from September 1, 2025, the following services will resume normal semester schedules:

(1) Campus Shuttle Bus (Red Line and Green Line): Operates from Monday to Friday. No service on weekends and holidays.

(2) Bus Route 559: Operates daily from Monday to Sunday. Real-time bus arrival times can be checked via the Taipei Bus+ app (臺北等公車).
\r\n\r\n
(3) The Metropolitan Transport Corporation, operator of Bus Route 559, has purchased brand-new mid-size buses imported from Japan, which are now in service. Faculty and students are kindly encouraged to take this bus frequently to support the sustainable operation of the route.

\r\n1.As of 24:00 on Sep. 19nd, 2025, the total number of applicants for motorcycle/scooter parking permits in the Shan-lu student dormitory area was _227_ (less than 320, the statutory number of parking spaces for motorcycles/scooters); the total number of car parking permits in the area was _19_ (less than 28, the statutory number of parking spaces for cars).

\r\n2.For this academic year, all motorcycle/scooter parking permits for Shan-lu student dormitories (Men's Dormitory 5 and Women's Dormitory 5) will be issued without a lottery. Starting from today, applicants can collect their motorcycle/scooter parking permits at the 1st Division of General Affairs during office hours.

Computerized lottery sequence numbers will be generated, and applicants will be individually notified of the results by the Office of General Affairs. Failure to complete the form by the deadline will be considered forfeiting the right to select a parking space, and the 1st Division of General Affairs will allocate a parking space accordingly.

(一)每人限汽、機車擇一申辦（大一生不得申請）。

(二)每車採年度收費、新臺幣計價：汽車6,000元整、機車900元整；申請「限停環山停車場」者優惠，汽車2,400元整、機車360元整。

\r\n二、申請人請於校園入口網登入後進行線上申請，經審核通過後，請於7天內於各通路完成繳費（不可薪資代扣），再至傳統甲棟一樓總務處聯合服務中心洽事務一組領證後，始正式開通柵欄機通行權限。

\r\n三、因山麓宿舍區（男、女五舍）宿舍車位有限，故設有抽籤及分配停車格制度，時程重點列述如下：

\r\n1.Parking permits for the 113th academic year will expire at midnight on September 22. Online applications for parking permits for the 114th academic year will begin from September 1.

(1)、Each person may apply for either a car or a motorcycle/scooter permit (undergraduate freshmen are not eligible to apply).
\r\n\r\n
(2)、Annual fees are as follows: NT$6,000 per car, and NT$900 per motorcycle/scooter. Applicants who apply for "Parking Permits for Huan-Shan Parking Lot Only" will be given discounted rates as follows if their applications are approved: NT$2,400 per car, and NT$360 per motorcycle/scooter.

\r\n2.Applicants must log in to the campus portal to apply online. Once their applications are approved, payment must be completed through various channels within seven days (making payment through salary deduction is not allowed). After the payment is made, collect the permit from the 1st Division of General Affairs at the Joint Service Center of the Office of General Affairs on the 1st Floor of Traditional Medicine Building A to activate the barrier gate access.
\r\n
\r\n3.Due to limited parking spaces at the Shan-lu Dormitory Area (Men's Dorm 5 and Women's Dorm 5), a lottery and allocation system is in place. Key dates are listed as follows:
\r\n\r\n
(1)、Residents of the Shan-lu Dormitory Area may begin to apply online from September 1 to September 19. Approved applicants who complete payment by September 20 will be included in the lottery. Applications filed after September 20 will be placed on a waiting list, ordered by application time.

\r\nTopic: Information on shuttle buses of the Route running and not running during NYCU's summer vacation and the long weekend since the Dragon Boat Festival is described below. Please check the description.
\r\nDescription:
\r\n1. NYCU's summer vacation begins from Jun. 9 to Aug. 29, 2025. During the period, the normal timetable of shuttle buses of the "Yangming-Guangfu, Guangfu -Boai, Hakka-THSR " Route is switched to the timetable for summer and winter vacations. From Sep. 1, 2025, the normal timetable will be resumed. An announcement of the resumption will be made before Sep. 1, 2025 to facilitate the use of shuttle buses. \r\n2. There will be no shuttle buses running on the Dragon Boat Festival (May. 30, 2025) and on common summer holidays (Jul. 11, Jul. 25, Aug. 1, Aug. 8, and Aug. 22, 2025). Sorry for any invencition caused.
\r\n3. When school is suspended due to natural disasters(Taipei City or Hsinchu City), shuttle buses of the "Yangming-Guangfu" Route will all be suspended.

\r\n今年度保養時間預計為6月14日開始至8月底結束，館舍停電檢查時間詳如附件，如有需調整請於114年5月15日前由「館舍管理人員」協調後統一回覆光復校區營繕二組(戴小姐#31406)，以利同一棟須調整時段協調確認完成。
