class=\"section-title\">一、申請流程</div>\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n\t<li>至總務處首頁（<a href=\"https://ga.nycu.edu.tw/ga/ch/index\" id=\"1-2\" target=\"_blank\">https://ga.nycu.edu.tw/ga/ch/index</a>）點擊右上角選單展開功能表。</li>\r\n\t<li>點選「交通管理」→「停車識別證(光復及博愛校區)」。</li>\r\n\t<li>選擇需求類別並依指示填表，列印紙本申請表，送交資訊館2F駐警隊。</li>\r\n</ol>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"section-title\">二、校外人士（廠商／溫水游泳池會員證(全年期)）</div>\r\n\r\n<p>請先至合作單位蓋承辦人與主管章，再持表至駐警隊辦理。</p>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"section-title\">三、年度續申請</div>\r\n\r\n<p>無須驗證駕照與行照，請至出納二組繳費後直接至駐警隊領取停車識別證。</p>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"section-title\">四、新申請應檢附證件說明</div>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>本人車：行照＋駕照。</li>\r\n\t<li>配偶車：行照＋駕照＋身分證。</li>\r\n\t<li>直系親屬車：行照＋駕照＋身分證(或戶口名簿或親屬證明)。</li>\r\n\t<li>本人任職公司之租賃車：行照＋駕照＋租賃契約+在職證明。</li>\r\n\t<li>本人開立之公司車：行照＋駕照＋營利事業登記，若為租賃車另加附租賃契約。</li>\r\n\t<li>直系親屬開立之公司車：行照＋駕照＋身分證(或戶口名簿或親屬證明) ＋營利事業登記。</li>\r\n\t<li>直系親屬任職之公司車：行照＋駕照＋身分證(或戶口名簿或親屬證明)+在職證明，若為租賃車另加附租賃契約。</li>\r\n\t<li>兄弟姊妹車（限學生機車證）：行照＋駕照＋雙方身分證(或戶口名簿)。</li>\r\n\t<li>申請人為校友：另檢附畢業證明(如：畢業證書、已加蓋畢業字樣之學生證或校友證)。</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"note\">※ 所有證件可使用影本或手機出示，需清晰可辨，不留存副本。</div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"section-title\">五、繳費方式</div>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><strong>現金：</strong>持表至大禮堂2F出納二組繳費。</li>\r\n\t<li><strong>自動繳費機：</strong>於資訊館1F或科一館B1掃描 QR Code（限教職員生）。</li>\r\n\t<li><strong>悠遊卡：</strong>至駐警隊櫃檯使用（限教職員生）。</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"note\">※ 悠遊卡僅支援 1000 元以下小額付款，無法使用一卡通／iCASH。</div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"note\">※ 校外人士／校友限現金繳費，請於上班時間至出納二組繳交。</div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"note\">※ 如有違規紀錄，請先於出納二組一號櫃檯繳清罰款並領取統一發票。</div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"section-title\">六、聯絡資訊</div>\r\n\r\n<p>有疑問請於週一至週五 08:00–17:00 撥打
