【事務二組】北部地區2026城鎮韌性（防空）演習日訂於115年8月13日（星期四）14時30分至15時，本校光復校區、博愛校區管制事項詳如說明，請全校師生配合辦理。
主旨：北部地區2026城鎮韌性（防空）演習日訂於115年8月13日（星期四）14時30分至15時，本校光復校區、博愛校區管制事項詳如說明，請全校師生配合辦理。
說明：
一、依新竹市2026城鎮韌性(防空)演習執行計畫，演習實施期間，全民防空演練，盡量不影響民眾主要作息，轄內各場所照常營運作業，惟須關閉門窗及實施人員管制。
二、演習期間本校進行人車管制
(一) 校門口車輛管制（准予進入校園，不得離開校園），請依駐警隊指引行駛車輛。
(二) 校內人員及車輛可自由移動，各建築物室內空間不需關燈。
三、本次演習模擬行動通訊受限情形，請避免在演習期間以手機處理重要工作。
Northern Region 2026 Urban Resilience (Air-Defense) Drill Scheduled for August 13, 2026 (Thursday) from 14:30 to 15:00 — Control Measures at GuangFu and BoAi Campuses and Request for Campus-wide Cooperation
Announcement:
1.In accordance with the Hsinchu City 2026 Urban Resilience (Air-Defense) Drill Implementation Plan, the nationwide civil defense drill aims to minimize disruption to daily life. All facilities within the jurisdiction will remain in normal operation. However, doors and windows must be closed, and personnel control measures will be in place.
2.During the drill, GuangFu and BoAi Campuses will implement the following control measures for both pedestrians and vehicles:
(1) Vehicle control at campus entrances: Vehicles will be allowed to enter but not exit the campuses. Drivers must follow the instructions of the campus security team.
(2) Free movement within the campuses is permitted for both personnel and vehicles.
3.Please be advised that this exercise will simulate a scenario with restricted mobile network access. You are requested to refrain from using mobile devices for urgent or important work during the scheduled timeframe.
