為辦理本(115)年度(下同)博愛校區「食品路會館」第2次分配作業，詳如說明，請查照。
主旨：為辦理本(115)年度(下同)博愛校區「食品路會館」第2次分配作業，詳如說明，請查照。
說明：
一、依據本校「會館管理要點」、「會館住宿須知」、「光復及博愛校區會館調配原則」辦理(附件1)。
二、有意願申請者，請填寫「食品路會館借住申請表」（如附件2），於2月9日（星期一）下午4時前逕送本組。
三、本次可供分配房型為3房2廳約31坪家庭房1戶，住宿期限至少1年，住宿期滿，如需延長應經專簽核准且總借住年限至多以3年為限，每月除清潔費外，水、電、瓦斯費等需另計，各單價詳本校「交大校區會館收費標準附表」規定，此外，不提供住房服務，借住者須自行負責屋內整潔、設備保
管及消耗性用品自行採購。
四、分配注意事項:
(一)分配順序以校聘講座教授、特聘教授與新進教師為優先。前揭人員係指112年2月1日以後到職者。
(二)於2月10日（星期二）上午10點假大禮堂2樓經管二組，以公開抽籤決定。不便出席者，請填具委託書（如附件3）由受託人代為參加抽籤。
(三)看房時間即日起至2月9日（星期一），上午8點起至下午4點止（不含例假日），欲看房者須事先預約，如有任何疑義者，請洽經管二組葉小姐，校內分機51912。
(四)入住簽准後，最快可於2月12日（星期四）下午2點後辦理點交入住，最晚入住日為2月23日（星期一）。
(五)其他未盡事宜，詳附件。
Applications are now open for the second allocation of 2026.
Notable professors and new teachers who joined after February 1, 2023, are eligible to apply.
Please submit the Application Form for Staying at the Guesthouse, as outlined in Annex 2, before February 9 at 4:00 p.m.
The earliest check-in date is February 12, and the latest is February 23.
The available accommodation is a family room with three bedrooms and two living rooms, approximately 31 ping, with a minimum stay of 1 year.
Extensions require special approval, and the total borrowing period cannot exceed 3 years.
In addition to a cleaning fee, utilities such as water, electricity, and gas will be charged separately.
Applicants are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and purchasing consumables.
Please adhere to the guidelines and regulations outlined in Annex 1.
