主旨：本校活動中心將於115 年5月 2-3日（星期六、日）活動中心大禮堂舉辦大型活動，分別為5月2日(六)本校護理學院加冠典禮及5月3日(日)臺北市立內湖高級中學韓國文化研究社舉辦成果發表會。活動當天與會來賓眾多，預期校內車流量較大，總務處當日已加派人力，將視車流量機動啟動「大型活動交通疏導計畫」，請進出校園車輛依駐警隊導引由本校或中醫所大門口進出校園。造成全校師生不便，尚祈見諒。

Subject: Traffic Control Measures (Sat & Sun, May 2–3, 2026)

Please be advised that the NYCU Nursing Capping Ceremony will be held in the Activity Center on Saturday, May 2, 2026 and the NHKC Annual Performances will be held in the Activity Center on Sunday, May 3, 2026. Due to the high volume of guests expected for this event, we anticipate a significant increase in vehicle traffic on campus

To ensure smooth traffic flow, the Office of General Affairs will deploy additional personnel. The "Traffic Control Plan for Large-Scale Events" will be activated dynamically based on real-time traffic conditions.

All vehicles entering or exiting the campus are kindly requested to follow the guidance of the Campus Security Corps and use either the Main Campus Entrance or the Institute of Traditional Medicine Entrance.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to faculty, staff, and students, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
