說明:
為促進校內宿舍資源之公平使用,並落實使用者付費原則,本校於114年4月23日行政會議決議,自115年1月1日起分三年度逐步調整職務宿舍管理費,使其達鄰近市場租金約50%。本案已於114年6月16日及7月18日向兩校區職務宿舍管理委員會委員及宿民代表說明調整規劃。
另考量校內部分宿舍已陸續完成新建及改善工程,可望提升宿舍使用收入,同時並續行規劃提升住宿品質整修工程,故後續整體財務狀況亦將隨之變動。為使方案更為周延,總務處將就相關財務影響進行重新試算,並基於照顧同仁住宿福利與減輕負擔之立場,研議調整必要性與實施時程,原訂115年1月1日職務宿舍管理費調整之實施日期延後至115年7月1日,以利完整評估與後續推動。

Subject: Implementation of the Adjustment to the University’s Official Residence Management Fees Postponed to July 1, 2026.

Description:
To promote the fair and equitable use of on-campus housing resources and to implement the user-pays principle, the University resolved at the Administrative Meeting on April 23, 2025 to gradually adjust the management fees for official residences over a three-year period starting January 1, 2026, with the goal of reaching approximately 50% of the prevailing market rental rates in nearby areas. The adjustment plan was presented to members of the Official Residence Management Committees of both campuses and to resident representatives on June 16 and July 18, 2025.
In consideration of the fact that several on-campus residences have recently completed new construction or renovation projects—thereby potentially increasing housing-related revenue—and that further renovations aimed at improving residential quality are currently being planned, the University anticipates corresponding changes in overall financial conditions. To ensure a more comprehensive and prudent approach, the Office of General Affairs will conduct a re-evaluation of the relevant financial impacts. Based on the principle of safeguarding faculty and staff housing welfare and alleviating financial burdens, the necessity and implementation timeline of the adjustment will be further reviewed. Accordingly, the originally scheduled implementation date of January 1, 2026, for the adjustment of official residence management fees has been postponed to July 1, 2026, to allow for a thorough assessment and subsequent implementation.
