【事務一組】本校陽明校區「112學年度停車識別證」自9月1日起開始辦理。
 
主旨：本校陽明校區「112學年度停車識別證」自112年9月1日起開始辦理。

說明：
一、   為維護校園安全管理，停車識別證完成「申請」及「繳費」後，請務必至傳統甲棟一樓總務處聯合服務中心「領取」停車識別證，領證後「開通」汽機車柵欄機權限。
二、  本校陽明校區「112學年度」汽機車停車識別證自112年9月1日開始辦理，「111學年度」通行權限自9月25日零時起失效。
三、   每人限汽機車擇一辦理，大一新生不得申請。
(一)   通行權限費用：每車每年（以下同）汽車新臺幣6,000元整，機車新臺幣900元整；限停環山停車場區域汽車2,400元整，機車360元整。
(二)   繳費方式：請依多元化通路繳費銷帳(不可薪資扣款)。
(三)   汽車停放室內停車場(圖資大樓、守仁樓、生物醫學大樓、傳統甲棟、實驗大樓騎樓)於凌晨1時至6時止，停放車輛需加收「隔夜停車費」100元/日；如需承租「假日全日及非假日夜間」地下停車場停車格，請洽詢本校停車場委外管理廠商岳洋股份有限公司，服務電話：02-22461708。
四、  山上宿舍區(男、女一二三舍)申請流程：
(一)  申請： 線上申請隔日起柵欄開通 7 日。
(二)  審核： 約 1 至 2 日 事務一組 審核完成。
(三)  繳費：於各通路繳費後柵欄權限續用，列入抽籤名單。
(四)  抽籤：112 年 9 月 22 日申請截止，9月25日公告申請名單，如有謬誤請通知事務一組校正，9月27日經學生會代表見證下辦理抽籤，未中籤者一併抽出後補序號。截止日後才申請者依申請時間先後列冊後補。
(五)  領證：未中籤者至事務一組領取共同停車區車證，中籤者於112年10月17日前至事務一組領取並開通停車識別證，未於期限內完成領證等同放棄中籤資格。
(六)  候補：112年10月17日開放給候補名單。截止期限後才申請依申請時間先後列冊後補。
五、  山麓宿舍區(男、女五舍)申請流程：
(一)   申請： 線上申請隔日起柵欄(含五舍) 開通 7 日。
(二)   審核： 約 1 至 2 日 事務一組 審核完成。
(三)   繳費：於各通路繳費後五舍柵欄權限續用，列入抽籤名單。
(四)   抽籤：112 年 9 月 22 日申請截止，9月25日公告申請名單，如有謬誤請通知事務一組校正，9月27日經學生會代表見證下辦理抽籤，未中籤者一併抽出後補序號。截止日後才申請者依申請時間先後列冊後補。
(五)   領證：中籤者於112年10月17日前至事務一組領取並開通停車識別證，未於期限內完成領證等同放棄中籤資格。
(六)   候補：112 年10 月 3 日起關閉未中籤者進出五舍權限改列後補，10 月 17 日關閉中籤未領證者進出五舍權限 ，開放權限給候補列冊同學。截止期限後才申請依申請時間先後列冊後補。
(七)   111學年度分配之五舍「汽車停車格」期限至112年 8月31日， 9 月 1 日至9月30日汽車停車採先到先停，滿格請停室外或校區其他停車格，10月1日起應按指定停車格位停放。

Description:
 
  1. In order to maintain campus security, after completing the "application" and "payment" processes of the parking ID card application, please "collect" the parking ID card at the Joint Service Center of the Office of General Affairs on the ground floor of the Traditional Medicine Building A. Upon receiving the parking ID card, the right to access the campus vehicle barriers will be "activated."
  2. The application for the "112th Academic Year" vehicle parking ID cards for both cars and motorcycles/scooters at Yangming Campus will be open from September 1st, 2023. The right of way for the "111th Academic Year" parking ID cards will expire from 00:00 on September 25th.
  3. Each individual is allowed to apply for either a car or a motorcycle/scooter parking ID card, and incoming freshmen are not eligible to apply.
    1. Vehicle access fees:
      • Car: NT$6,000 per year
      • Motorcycle/scooter: NT$900 per year
      • Vehicles that are limited to the Around-the-mountain Parking Area:
        • Car: NT$2,400 per year
        • Motorcycle/scooter:: NT$360 per year
    2. Payment method: Multiple payment channels are available (salary deduction is not accepted).
    3. For vehicles parked in indoor parking areas (at the Library Information and Research Building, Shou-Ren Building, Biomedical Building, Traditional Medicine Building A, and the arcade of Experimental Building), an "overnight parking fee" of NT$100 per day will be charged from 1 AM to 6 AM. For leasing parking spaces in the underground parking area for "full-day weekends/holidays and non-weekend/non-holiday nights," please contact NYCU's outsourced parking management company, Yua-Yung Marketing (Taiwan) Co., Ltd., at 02-22461708.
  4. Application process for parking ID cards for Shan-shang dormitory area (Men's Dormitories 1 to 3 and Women's Dormitories 1 to 3):
    1. Application: Apply online, and the barrier access will be activated from the next day and valid for 7 days.
    2. Review: The 1st Division of General Affairs will complete reviewing an application within 1 to 2 days.
    3. Payment: After making payment through any channel, applicants' barrier access to the parking areas of the said dormitories will be extended, and applicants' names will be included in a draw.
    4. Draw: The application deadline is September 22nd, 2023. The list of applicants will be announced on September 25th, 2023. If there are any errors, please inform the 1st Division of General Affairs for correction. On September 27th, 2023, the draw will be conducted under the witness of representatives from the Student Union. Those who are not chosen by lot will be included in a supplementary draw of serial numbers for backups. Applicants who submit their applications after the deadline will be added to a waiting list according to the order of their submission time.
    5. Parking ID Card Collection: Those not chosen by lot can come to the 1st Division of General Affairs to collect the parking ID card for common parking areas. Those chosen by lot can collect and activate the parking ID card at the 1st Division of General Affairs by October 17th, 2023. Failure to collect the parking ID card by the deadline will be regarded as forfeiture of the eligibility to own the parking ID card.
    6. Waiting List: On October 17th, parking ID cards for the Shan-shang dormitory area will be open to the applicants on the waiting list. Those who submit their applications after the deadline will be added to the waiting list according to the order of their submission time.
  5. Application process for parking ID cards for Shang-lou dormitory area (Men's Dormitory 5 and Women's Dormitory 5):
    1. Application: Application: Apply online, and the barrier access will be activated from the next day and valid for 7 days.

Starting from October 17th, barrier access to the parking areas of the said dormitories will be deactivated for those who have been chosen by lot but fail to collect their parking ID cards; however, it will be activated for waitlisted applicants. Applicants who submit their applications after the application deadline will be added to a waiting list according to the order of their submission time.
    7. The parking spaces at Men's Dormitory 5 and Women's Dormitory 5 allocated in the 111th academic year will be valid until August 31st, 2023. From September 1st to September 30th, parking will be on a first-come, first-served basis. If the parking lot is full, please park in an outdoor parking lot or other parking areas on campus. Starting from October 1st, parking should be done in designated parking spaces.
