【事務一組】本校陽明校區「山上學生宿舍（男、女一二三舍）」汽、機車停車識別證抽籤公告，如有謬誤請請於9月26日前通知事務一組補正。
說明：
- 截至112年9月22日24時整，申請山上學生宿舍區「機車」停車識別證總計255人（大於法定停車格位數120格）；「汽車」停車識別證總計13人（大於法定停車格位數8格）。
- 本學年度「山上學生宿舍」停車識別證，訂於112年9月27日中午12時30分，於傳統甲棟一樓會議室，在學生會代表見證下辦理電腦抽籤，當日17時前於事務一組網頁公布抽籤結果。未中籤者一併抽出後補序號。
- 「中籤者」於112年10月17日前至事務一組領取停車識別證，並開通停車權限，未於期限內完成領證等同放棄中籤資格。112年10月17日開放給候補名單。截止期限後才申請依申請時間先後列冊後補。
- 「未中籤者」至事務一組「領取」共同停車區車證，或改申請「環山停車區」停車識別證。
- 「山上學生宿舍（男、女一二三舍）」若已停滿，務必停放至規定劃設機車停車格之停車場；未停放於機車車格線內，均屬違規行為，依本校區交通管理要點辦理。
Description:
- As of 24:00 on Sep. 22nd, 2023, the total number of applicants for motorcycle/scooter parking ID cards in the Shan-shang student dormitory area was 255 (more than 120, the statutory number of parking spaces for motorcycles/scooters); the total number of car parking ID cards in the area was 13 (more than 8, the statutory number of parking spaces for cars).
- The computerized lottery of this academic year's parking ID cards for the area of Shan-shang Student Dormitories will be conducted at 12:30 PM on Sep. 27th, 2023, in Traditional Medicine Building A's first-floor conference room under the witness of representatives from the Students' Union. The result of the lottery will be announced on the 1st Division of General Affairs' website by 17:00 on the same day. Serial numbers for alternates will also be generated altogether for those who do not win the lottery.
- Lottery winners are required to collect their parking ID cards at the 1st Division of General Affairs by Oct. 17th, 2023, and then activate their parking privileges. Failure to do so by the deadline will be considered forfeiting their status as lottery winners. On October 17th, 2023, any remaining parking ID cards will be made available to the waitlisted candidates. Applicants who apply after the deadline will be placed on the waitlist in order of their application time.
- Those who are not selected in the lottery should collect their parking ID cards for the Common Parking Area at the 1st Division of General Affairs or opt to apply for the parking ID card for Huan-shan Parking Area.
- If motorcycle/scooter parking spaces in the area of Shan-shang Student Dormitories (Men's Dormitories 1, 2, and 3, and Women's Dormitories 1, 2, and 3) are fully occupied, please park within other designated motorcycle/scooter parking areas. Parking outside the parking lines designated for motorcycles/scooters is considered a violation and will be dealt with per the Guidelines for Traffic Management at Yangming Campus.
